Sweet peaceful home in the redwood forest on 30 acres of magical forest land. 

The whole home is 2 bedrooms plus one “garage-cottage,” 3 beds and 3 bathrooms.  All new kitchen, clean modern decor, beautiful living room, and spacious ‘yoga dojo.’

Our home is surrounded by redwoods like a circle of guardians.  A hiking trail encircles the land for daily morning hikes.  Close to lots of nature and not that far from the city: 

• 15 minutes from Russian River

• 20 minutes from Armstrong Redwood State Natural Reserve

• 25 minutes from the Ocean, Bodega Bay and Dillon Beach

• 68 minutes from Golden Gate Bridge on off-traffic hours (map)

This land is incredibly quiet and soothing for the nervous system. The house sits on a spacious property of redwoods, oak and bay laurel woodlands plus meadows with its own private trail. Lots of birdsong by day and crickets at night.

Location: 5 minutes outside of the town of Occidental, CA, with easy access to Grove of Old Trees, Willow Creek, Russian River, Monte Rio, Armstrong Woods, and the Ocean
